In an interview Peter Singer says that to him the sadistic torture and killing of dogs is not that different from the treatment and killing of animals for food just because they taste nice.
In einem Interview mit einer amerikanischen Zeitung erklärt Peter Singer, dass es für ihn moralisch kaum einen Unterschied gibt zwischen den sadistischen Folterungen und Tötungen von Hunden (eines amerikanischen Footballspielers) und den alltäglichen Grausamkeiten und der Tötung von nichtmenschlichen Tieren zur Nahrungsmittelproduktion.
En una entrevista el filósofo australiano Peter Singer dice que no hay mucha diferencia entre la tortura y el asesinato sádico de perros (de un jugador de fútbol americano de los EE.UU.) y el asesinato cotidiano de los animales nohumanos solamente porque saben bien.
