Ceviche is a traditional Chilean/Peruvian dish made from clams. This one was made with white mushrooms instead of clams.

We went to Krishna because El Huerto - just around the corner - has been taking most of their vegan things off their menu. So if you like basic food I would recommend you´d rather go to Krishna. Most things were vegan and the staff was very friendly on the day we went.
Wir gingen ins Krishna, weil El Huerto (gleich um die Ecke) die meisten veganen Sachen von der Karte gestrichen haben. Wer einfaches Essen un schnellen Service bevorzugt, dem würde ich das Krishna empfehlen. Die meisten Sachen waren vegan und die Leute waren sehr freundlich als wir da waren.

Normal baking powder here is mostly cornstarch with a little baking powder, so I recommend using bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) which can be bought at tostaderías.
Normales Backpulver besteht hier hauptsächlich aus Maisstärke, d.h. der Effekt ist recht schwach und etwas schwierig abzuschätzen. Man kann stattdessen Baking Soda verwenden, das gibt's in Tostaderías (bicarbonato).

If a cat lives in a house where there's cigarette smoke, by licking his or her fur he or she will ingest the nicotine that has accumulated in the fur. This in the longrun can cause mouth, tongue, respiratory tract cancer.

Si un gato vive en una casa donde se fuma, al lamerse su pelaje estará ingiriendo la nicotina acumulada en su pelo. Esto a la larga le puede provocar cancer en su boca, lengua y vías respiratorias.
